Attached are the required forms for the In-Service Maintenance Transfer request. They are open to ANY career personnel (with the exception of Rural Carriers) within the USPS. Forms MUST be submitted no later than March 31, 2024. Please email all forms to lyndsay.e.jackson@usps.gov with the forms sent only as attachments. Forms embedded into the emails will NOT be accepted.
